Return and Exchange Policies

 Exchanges, Store Credit, and Returns

If you are not delighted with the products that you have purchased on, you may exchange them within fifteen (15) days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange when the products are returned unused, in perfect condition, complete, unwashed and with all original hang tags and packaging. We cannot accept items for exchange if they appear used or washed. (Please see the Returns, Store Credits, and Exchanges policies.) Any merchandise marked “Sale or Final Sale” cannot be returned.

If the item you wish to receive in exchange is sold out, you have the option of a store credit to be spent within three (3) months. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing selected. However, we will offer an exchange.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on SALE items.


*Purchases made through or the Brands we Like websites page, are subject to their store return and exchange policies.

U.S. Returns product returns will be offered a store credit or exchange and will be processed free of charge.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any merchandise marked “Sale or Final Sale” cannot be returned.

To return item(s) purchased:

  1. Visit and send us a message to start your return, store credit, or exchange. Please read the “Return, Exchange, and Store Credit Policy” sections.
  2.  After filling out the “Return and Exchange Form,” found on the packing slip that accompanied your order, fax it to 602-391-2020 or email it. If you do not have an account, contact customer service at or call 602-888-1520.
  3. Indicate the order #, the item(s) you would like to return, and indicate the reason for your return.
  4. Choose a return for store credit or exchange on the Return and Exchange Form,
  5. For added protection during shipping, place the item(s) you wish to return in the same white garment box and tissue in which it originally arrived.
  6. Place the white garment box it in a sturdy shipping box and securely seal the box. (Note: the original garment and shipping boxes can be used for your return, simply place the new return slip over the original label.)
  7. Return the item(s) using a shipping method that can be tracked.
  8. Place your label on the outside of the package and include the order #.
  9. Mail the package to the SAVVY GAL P.O. Box listed on the packing slip.
  10. Drop off at your nearest FEDEX, UPSP, UPS, or other shipping location.

Postage costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you select a traceable method of shipping because SGC will not be responsible for lost returns or exchanges. 

International Returns 

Savvy Gal Clothing does not currently sell or ship internationally. If for any reason you are returning a purchased item from outside of the continental U.S., please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within fifteen (15) days from the day you received your package. Please write your order number on the outside of the package. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

Savvy Gal Clothing (SGC) must be notified of, and approve, all exchanges within eight (8) business days of delivering your order. To notify us of your exchange please email us at, or speak with our customer service team at 602-888-1520. If you have misplaced the packing slip that was shipped with your order, we will provide you with an exchange form via fax or email. The exchange form must be completed and returned to us via email or fax at 602-391-2020 in order to ensure your exchange item is secured for you. Every effort will be made to fulfill your request. However no styles will be reserved without receipt of your confirmation exchange form. In the event you are unable to find a suitable item, we will gladly offer you a store credit voucher to be used at your leisure within three (3) months. Please ensure your exchange form accompanies your returning order and is returned to us within fifteen (15) days of the date that your order was delivered. Any merchandise marked “Sale or Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Postage costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you select a traceable method of shipping because SGC will not be responsible for lost returns or exchanges. 

Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care in inspecting all products prior to shipping to prevent defective or damaged products reaching our customers. However, should any product arrive damaged or defective, SGC must be notified within five (5) days of delivery by emailing or calling our customer service team at 602-888-1520. SGC will make arrangements to cover the return postage costs.

Upon receipt of your return, please allow 5 – 7 working days for the processing of your credit voucher and the shipping of your exchange. We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been processed and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Refund Policy

Savvy Gal Clothing (SGC) will only issue a refund if  the stock is unavailable at time of purchase or goods are deemed faulty by our customer service team. Customers must give notice of faulty garments within five (5) business days of receiving their order. We will offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or accidental ordering. However, if you accidentally order twice by refreshing your order in checkout, you will be issued a refund through your original payment method for the amount of the duplicate order.
Any merchandise marked “Sale or Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Store Credit Policy

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website and can be used within a three (3) month period.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store Credit is like cash and never expires.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and “Store Credit” was selected as the refund method.
  • Purchase amounts exceeding the value of the Store Credit, will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our terms.
